Roots and Heritage Festival events actually take place throughout the month of September and consist of a wide variety of culturally enriching activities - from athletic to artistic. The centerpiece of the month-long programming is the three-day street festival along Elm Tree Lane, which includes a parade, a marketplace, children's programs and two stages of high quality entertainment.
