Gluten Free Lexington, a local health organization created to raise public awareness of celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergies, will host a Holiday Dinner Reloaded fundraiser on Nov. 10.
The dinner will include holiday ham and turkey from Heavenly Ham, cornbread dressing, broccoli casserole, corn pudding, pumpkin pie from Whole Foods Market and more. The event will also feature a discussion of topics like gluten free travel solutions, dining out safety, solutions for kids, finding the right doctor, and dealing with ongoing health issues.
The event takes place at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Tates Creek Ballroom (1400 Gainesway Dr.). Reservations are required, and can be made at www.glutenfreelex.org.
