The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government will conduct two public hearings regarding the cable television franchise of Time Warner Cable. The purpose of the hearings is to identify the future cable-related community needs and interests and review the performance of Time Warner Cable under its franchise. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to speak at the hearings.
The public meeting dates are:
6 p.m. Dec. 9. Urban County Government Center, 2nd Floor Council Chambers (200 E. Main St.).
6 p.m. Dec. 12. Beaumont YMCA (3251 Beaumont Centre Cir.)
Anybody who lives in Fayette County and has a cable-related complaint that is not resolved by dealing directly with Time Warner Cable, or wishes to comment on the future cable-related community needs or the performance of Time Warner Cable under its franchise, can also send an e-mail to commentoncablelexington@lexingtonky.gov.
