University of Kentucky Basketball fans are asked to take part in a public meeting and public survey on plans for the fan experience inside Rupp Arena.
“We’re having a public meeting to talk a little about plans for Rupp, but most importantly to hear from fans - what kinds of changes would they like to see inside the arena?” Lexington Mayr Jim Gray said.
The fan experience survey is available on-line at www.ruppdistrict.com. The survey will be available beginning today, Thursday, Jan. 2.
The public meeting is set for 6-7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 8, at the downtown Hyatt Regency Ballroom … fans can stop by on their way to the Mississippi State game.
Or fans can go online at www.ruppdistrict.com, where the meeting will be live-streamed. Architects and city officials will be on-line from 6-8 p.m. to answer questions submitted through social media.
