National Leader in Correctional EHR: CorrecTek Receives ONC HIT Certification
June 27, 2013—(Paducah, KY): CorrecTek, Inc. today announced that its electronic health record (EHR) system, CorrecTek Version 5, is compliant with ONC 2011 Edition criteria and is a “Complete EHR.”
CorrecTek Version 5 successfully passed rigorous tests in 34 areas of functionality. The ONC 2011 Edition requirements support the Stage 1 Meaningful Use measures to successfully quality for eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

This certification qualifies EHRs as capable of supporting achievement of meaningful use for the Medicare and Medicaid EHR incentive programs authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
