Lexington, KY – Lexington-based IT company, NetGain Technologies, has acquired U.S. Teks, an IT company in Birmingham, Ala.
This acquisition marks NetGain Technologies' fifth expansion in three years. In June NetGain bought NCD Tech, a managed IT services provider and business technology consulting company based in St. Louis, Mo.
As was the case with NCD Tech, NetGain will leave U.S. Teks' current team in place, so service to their existing customers will not be interrupted.
