Lexington, KY - Volomite Wealth Management has merged with Russell Capital Management, LLC. Justin Sautter, Volomite’s founder, has joined Russell as a senior vice president.
“We are so pleased to welcome Justin to our firm,’ said David Dowell, a senior partner at Russell Capital Management said.
Located on High Street in Lexington, Russell Capital Management was founded in 1991 by Harry “Jack” Russell. Russell, who’s been in the investment business since 1968, previously founded and managed both Dean Witter and JC Bradford in Lexington. Russell Capital Management has seven investment managers and approximately $500 million under management.
Before establishing Volomite in 2009, Sautter was a managing director at Nollenberger Capital Partners where he covered New York and Mid-Atlantic accounts in the Institutional Equity department. From 1999-2005, Sautter worked for Wells Fargo Securities in a similar capacity in both San Francisco and then later in New York where he helped launch its East Coast operations, according to a release from Russell.
Prior to entering the securities business Justin worked as a business analyst for Price Waterhouse, LLP in their Valuation Services department valuing privately held assets such as family businesses and real estate portfolios.
