Lexington’s 21c Museum Hotel, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2016, is now accepting online reservations for hotel stays beginning April 15 of next year.
The hotel’s introductory offers include five packages, including a “Brewgrass Package” that highlights the city’s local breweries; a “Dine with Art” package, which includes a $25 voucher for the hotel’s restaurant, the Lockbox; and a “Just Add Bourbon” option, which includes a bourbon flight for two at Lockbox. Romantic getaway and gameday packages are also available.
The 21c Lexington hotel, located in the National Bank Building on the corner of Main and Upper streets in downtown Lexington, has been under construction since 2014. When the facility's extensive renovations are complete, the 88-room property will include a contemporary art museum, offering curated exhibitions, interactive installations and planned cultural programming. The hotel company also announced in August the appointment of Jonathan Searle as executive chef for the 21c Lexington hotel's onsite restaurant, Lockbox. Searle was formerly the executive sous chef for the 21c Museum Hotel Louisville’s restaurant, Proof on Main.
More information on the available packages can be found online at www.21cMuseumHotels.com/Lexington. Booking is also available through the hotel’s website or by calling (859)899-6800.
