Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney PLLC has announced the promotion of M. Todd Osterloh to member of the firm. Osterloh is a former staff attorney for the Kentucky Public Service Commission and will represent municipalities and water, sewer, gas and electric utilities.
KentuckyOne Health has welcomed five new hires to its medical team: Mike Guiler, M.D., and Sherry Guiler, APRN, have joined Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates in Lexington; maternal fetal medicine specialist Kristin Lain, M.D., has joined High Risk Obstetrics Associates; interventional cardiologist Suresh Sharma, M.D., has joined Cardiology Associates in their Harrodsburg Road office; and Christopher Clark, APRN, has joined Primary Care Associates at their Duvall Street location.
Lori H. Collins has been named vice president of program services for Goodwill’s east region. She is charged with growing Goodwill’s employment services and job training and preparation programs in 61 counties making up the eastern half of Goodwill’s territory in Kentucky.

First Security Bank will welcome Sarah Howard as senior vice president, chief financial officer. Most recently, Howard was the financial reporting manager at PBI Bank in Louisville.
Jack A. Wheat has joined the McBrayer Law Firm as a member. He was a founder of the intellectual property firm of Wheat, Smith & Beres, which later merged into Stites & Harbison.
Morgan & Pottinger PSC announced the addition of Laura Crittenden Tipton as an associate. Tipton will support areas including government and regulatory litigation, business disputes and litigation, state and federal constitutional litigation and appellate law.
The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky announces Vivian Lasley-Bibbs of Lexington has been appointed to serve on its 15-member board of directors. She is also the state coordinator for Healthy People 2020. The firm also has named Carolyn M. Brown to the chair of the environmental group in litigation department.

Former Gov. Steve Beshear has reappointed Florence S. Huffman and Robert P. McNulty to serve on the Bluegrass Community and Technical College Board of Directors. Huff man is an attorney from Lexington. McNulty, of Lexington, is a retired letter carrier for the U.S Postal Service.
