The latest -- and largest -- restaurant by famed Bluegrass chef Ouita Michel is Honeywood, an American bistro that also is serving as a culinary anchor at Lexington's new Summit at Fritz Farm mall. Michel said Honeywood will officially open to the public on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
