Representatives from dozens of American and international breweries and microbrews -
from Brooklyn Brewery and Bell's Brewery to Kentucky Ale and Bluegrass Brewing Company -
will be set up for beer tastings in Cheapside Park for the increasingly popular Lexington Fest of Ales.
A ticket to the event will get a collectible tasting glass and 20 3 - 4 oz. samples (additional samples may be purchased at the event). Due to spatial concerns, only 1,500 tickets will be available, and they must be purchased prior to the event. Tickets will be available at Pazzo's, The Beer Trappe, Lexington Liquor Barn locations and at Thursday Night Live events. Tickets, which cost $25, will be available for purchase in August.
The Pauly Zarb Band will be performing throughout the festival, and food will be available for purchase from many downtown vendors.
