ashland - military reenactor
The Antebellum and Civil War Eras come to life during Ashland Living History. Visitors will be able to watch military and civilian reenactors, craftspeople and artisans, livestock, music, Chautauqua performers and more (full list below).
The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sept. 28 and is $14 for adults and $7 for children 17 and under (family rate is $35). For more information, visit www.henryclay.org or call (859) 266-8581.

· Demonstration of early telegraph (Friday only)
· Interpretation of the Civil War battle with actual artifacts
· Battle sketch artist discussion and demonstration
· Kentucky Soldiers Aide Society - women in the war effort
· Civil War era cartographer and surveyor
