Join 21c Museum Hotel Lexington on Friday, November 15 at 5pm to celebrate the opening of our new exhibition, ‘Still, Life! Meaning and Mending in Contemporary Art’! This exhibition presents 58 artworks by 47 artists from across the world exploring the power of art to offer solace and insight as to how to find meaning and purpose within pervasive uncertainty.
Enjoy light bites and cocktails from Lockbox, live music by The Swells Trio, introductory remarks from 21c's Chief Curator Alice Gray Stites and a special presentation by featured artist Valerie Hegarty. The reception is free to attend and everyone is welcome. We can't wait to see you there!
