Film premiere: “BrownGirl. Bluegrass.”

The Lyric Theatre will host the Lexington debut of this production created by Lacresha Berry: a theatrical look into identity, race, and culture through the eyes of a brown girl from Kentucky. A Meet & Greet will take place Oct. 5 at Blue Stallion Brewing at 6 p.m., followed by two nights of the film at the Lyric Theatre (6:30 p.m.)
