Park(ing) Day with LEXPARK

Join LEXPARK to celebrate Park(ing) Day! "Park(ing) day is a global, public, participatory project launched by Rebar in 2005. It is a day where people across the world temporarily repurpose curbside parking spaces and convert them into parks and social spaces to advocate for safer, greener, and more equitable streets for people." Come downtown to see how artists, civic groups, and other organizations are reimagining Lexington's spaces--pun intended!
