Building a reputation as go-for-broke live act, the quintet has been playing to consistently larger and larger crowds in their home state, including a number of sold-out shows. They have been steadily building a following both regionally and nationally with music that is a high-energy collaborative of funk-rock, middle-eastern, electronica, metal; a fusion that will shake your knees and rattle your toes. This rising profile has resulted in an incredible year so far, seeing The Mantras and their members in numerous festival performances and sharing stages in double-bills and direct support for the likes of Umphrey’s McGee, Eoto, Kyle Hollingsworth Band, Papadosio, Zoogma, The Werks, and many more.
