Board Announcements
McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland, PLLC has announced that W. Brent Rice, member of the firm’s Lexington office, has been elected as chairman of the Lexington Center Corporation (LCC). Rice succeeds Cecil F. Dunn, of counsel in the firm’s Lexington office, who served as chairman of LCC for 20 years of his 26 years of board service.
McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland, PLLC has announced that Amy D. Cubbage, of counsel, has been elected to the KBA Board of Governors. She will serve a two-year term where she will be representing the 4th Supreme Court District.

Retirements
Don Hellmann will retire from Chase in April. The Lexington market president has been in banking for nearly 40 years.
During his 15 years with Chase, Hellmann developed significant commercial business in central Kentucky and eastern Tennessee. Prior to his tenure with Chase, Hellmann spent 23 years working for other financial institutions in Lexington, Nashville and in Louisville. Don has served on the boards of Living Arts and Science Center, Commerce Lexington and Bluegrass Tomorrow.
Nick A Cooley has retired as a member of the Board of Directors of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. (CTBI), after serving on the board since 1980. During his service, Cooley participated in the growth of CTBI from a $238 million community bank to a bank holding company with total assets of $3.6 billion, operating in Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee.
