Traditional Bank has announced several leadership position changes in the wake of former CEO Bill Bramblet’s retirement.
The bank’s board of directors named William Alverson as CEO and Andy Baker as president.
Traditional Bank operates 13 sites in Bourbon, Clark, Fayette, Menifee and Montgomery counties. It reported assets of about $1.2 billion at the end of 2014.
Alverson began working with Traditional Bank in 1999. He and his wife live in Bourbon County, and he is active with several community organizations.
“I’m honored to take on this new leadership role and continue the community banking tradition that our bank’s founders began in 1902,” Alverson said in a statement.
Baker began working at Traditional Bank in 1984. He and his wife live in Mt. Sterling.
Bramblet remains as chairman of the board of directors.
