Great Bagel and Bakery (Millpond)

After operating a successful campus-area location on Woodland Avenue for years, Great Bagel has expanded, opening a second storefront in Millpond Shopping Center in June 2019. The new, larger location has the same breakfast and lunch offerings as the original location, plus a rotating selection of seasonal pastries thanks to a new pastry program, and includes other additions such as “bagel plates” and seasonal salads. With owners Robert and Lara Swan being committed to milling their own flour for their New York-style bagels, they have added an in-house grain mill to the new location, and organic, freshly milled flour will now be available at both stores for customers to purchase and take home home.
