Founded in Mason, Tennessee, 30 years ago, this restaurant occupies the back half of the former Coachcraft location on Main Street, near Carson’s Food & Drink. Gus Oyler, who is partnering with the company to operate the new Lexington location, said that it will bring a family-friendly option to the growing downtown area. It will stay true to its original 1950s bluesy jukebox feel, Oyler said, but he expects it to develop its own local personality as well. Situated near the future Town Branch Commons trail, the restaurant will be bike-friendly and will feature an outdoor patio.
