The duo How & Nosm consists of Raul and Davide Perre, Spanish-born brothers – identical twins, to be more precise – who finish not only each other’s sentences, but also each other’s art. The duo, who grew up in Germany painting trains across Europe, works in a unique way, feeding off the ideas of one another while relying minimally on verbal communication to finish a mural. Often utilizing the same pink, red, black and white color palette, their works portray visually complicated yet friendly creatures who are oftentimes involved in not-so-friendly activities – and are said to convey layered, dark stories of betrayal and abuse of power.
