Lexington, Ky. - Members of the Board of The Lexington Dream Factory have established a Memorial Fund for Jon Fetko, the Secretary of the Board, who passed away unexpectedly early Tuesday, November 29. At the age of 34, Fetko leaves behind a wife and two young daughters, for whom the fund was established to assist in their time of need.

Jon Andre Fetko III, 34, resident of Lexington, KY, was surrounded by loved ones as he passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. He was born March 23, 1977 in Marlton, NJ to Kathleen Schmid and Jon Andre. In addition to his loving and devoted mother and father, Jon is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of eight years, Amanda ("Mimi"), and his adoring and beloved daughters, Kate Hunter, 5, and Sara Lynne, 3. He is also survived by sister, Kristina F. Holtzapfel (John) of Edgewood, KY, brother, David J. Fetko (Erin) of Lexington, nieces Jaclyn Burke, Emma Holtzapfel, and Charlotte Lawson, and nephews Jackson Fetko, Luke Burke, and Luke Holtzapfel.
Jon was a 1995 graduate of Tates Creek High School, a 1999 graduate of Miami University, and received his M.B.A from Indiana Wesleyan in 2008. Jon was a loyal member of Miami University's Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, a Kentucky Colonel, Secretary of the Lexington Dream Factory, and an active member of the Lexington Downtown Entertainment Development Taskforce and the Lexington Forum. Jon was a parishioner at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Visitation will be Saturday December 3 from 9:00 - 11:00a at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Lexington and services will be held immediately following at 11:00a.
