Superintendents will:

Translation: They won't just listen - They'll be active and they'll get ideas about bringing active collaboration to their districts.
* Learn to think "out-of-the-box" about their academic and administrative challenges and reframe them as opportunities
Translation: They will learn how to throw out some wild ideas to their biggest problems, and be open to exploring where they go.
Business and nonprofit leaders will:
*
Learn the skills and the language to be a creative, collaborative leader in a rapidly changing world.
Translation: They'll learn how to talk about creativity and show people they know how that can advance the organization.
* Leverage world-class creative processes that turn challenges into opportunities
Translation: They will see how others get to "aha" moments - and find their own.
Both groups will:
* Recharge their own creative skills within a challenging and collaborative community of people at the workshop
Translation: They will feel energized after spending a full day engaged with smart people they probably haven't met before.
