National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) National Chair to speak in Lexington
Evelyn Strange, 2011-2012 Chair, will speak to NAWBO's key priorities for expanding influence and visibility, including becoming the premier, go-to source of information for women-owned businesses and building presence in Washington D.C. by raising visibility, identifying new funding, building membership and strengthening chapters. Evelyn will also cover NAWBO's 2012 Strategy to increase organizational productivity; establish a fundraising strategy; re-engage involvement and influence in the public policy arena; continuously improve all levels of operational systems; identify and recruit experienced board members; strengthen the National/Chapter business model; and manage financial results. The National Conference 2012 to be held in Louisville will also be part of this organizational overview.
