James G. LeMaster will join the firm Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC as Of Counsel on October 1. He will practice in the firm's Lexington office, and concentrate primarily in the area of government relations. LeMaster has served as president and CEO of the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers (KAM) since July 2007.
Lisa Adkins has been named CEO of the Blue Grass Community Foundation. Adkins comes to Lexington from Kansas and a long affiliation with the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation. She has previously served as president and CEO of the organization YouthFriends.
Preston-Osborne Marketing Communications and Research has promoted David Caldwell to president for marketing communications and Jennifer Osborne to director of operations. Caldwell has been with the firm as vice president for creative services since 1997. Osborne has been with the firm since December and has focused on business development and business management. In addition, Bill Michul has joined the firm's creative services department and Cheryl Avioli has been named as a senior associate. Michul most recently served as senior art director at Meridian-Chiles. Avioli was most recently a commissioner with the New York State Public Service Commission. Katelyn Rademacher has been hired as an administrative account assistant.
Commissioner of Education Terry Holliday, Ph.D., and Michael Miller, director of the Kentucky Department of Education's (KDE) Division of Curriculum Development, were recently appointed to the Kentucky Authority for Educational Television, the network's governing body, and the Kentucky Educational Television Foundation Board. Miller was also appointed by Interim Commissioner of Education Kevin Noland as KDE's designated liaison between the department of education and KET.
Virginia L. Moore has been named as executive director of the Kentucky Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (KCDHH). Moore previously had served as deputy executive director of the agency since November 2008.
Alissa Dos Santos has joined WTVQ ABC 36 as a reporter/photographer.
