James M. Inman has joined the firm of Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP as an associate in its Lexington office. Inman recently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph M. Hood, U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Jay Blanton, communications director for Gov. Steve Beshear, will leave the administration in November to take the top communications job at Keeneland Association. Katie Allison Dailinger, currently serving as policy director for the governor, will become director of policy and communications for the administration. Kerri Richardson, who is currently communications coordinator for Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson, will become a deputy communications director for Gov. Beshear, serving as a spokesperson.
Bill Jones, community division manager of U.S. Bank, has been elected chairman of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce's 2009 Board of Directors.
Preston-Osborne has announced that Amy Dedman, who has served as CEO Phil Osborne's executive account assistant since November 2008, will be promoted to the dual role of account manager and deputy executive director of the FACES of Kentucky campaign.
Kathryn Rasnick, who has served the company as an administrative account assistant, will become Osborne's new executive account assistant. Miranda Combs, formerly a reporter and anchor for WKYT-TV and WDKY-TV, has accepted a position with the firm effective October 15, and Molly Merkle will be joining the firm as well to assist with numerous special projects.
Adrian Mendiondo, an attorney with Kinkead & Stilz, has been named to the Manchester Center Board of Directors.

Jessamine County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nancy Stone was named the 2009 Executive of the Year for the state of Kentucky, during a joint Indiana/Kentucky conference of chamber executives earlier this month in Bloomington, Ind.
The award was given primarily due to her work on the I-75 Connector from Nicholasville to Madison County and her work to raise awareness of the need for regional cooperation in the Bluegrass region.
The Aviation Program at Eastern Kentucky University has been honored with the 2009 Aviation Achievement Award from the Kentucky Aviation Hall of Fame.
EOP Architects has been named the AIA 2009 Distinguished Firm. The Distinguished Firm Award is presented to recognize an AIA Kentucky member firm that through consistent leadership, vision and ability has distinguished itself over the past decade through design and implementation of works of architecture that enhance the quality of our environment.
