AMR Management Services (AMR), a full-service association management company, has hired Chad Grant as a policy analyst for the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO), an AMR client partner. Grant will provide support to issue committees and working groups, conduct research, and produce issue briefs, surveys and other work products that support the mission of NASCIO.

Professor Clyde W. Holsapple, holder of the Rosenthal Endowed Chair in Management Information Systems in the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics, is being inducted as a Fellow of the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI) at the organization's 2010 Annual Meeting in San Diego later this year. Holsapple will become only the 109th DSI Fellow in the organization's more than 40-year history, joining notable scholars from such prestigious business schools as Wharton, Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Duke, North Carolina, Texas, Michigan, Arizona, Minnesota, Wisconsin, UCLA, and the London Business School.
