She will support all AFB locations and will work from AFB's headquarters in Lexington. Sarah Leverage has been promoted to assistant vice president, internal auditor. She also supports all AFB locations in Lexington, Louisville & Shelbyville. Keith Brewer has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan review officer.
He is responsible for reviewing commercial lending portfolios for all of AFB's seven locations and is based in Lexington.
Joe Crabtree has been named the new director for the Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC) in UK's College of Engineering. He previously has served as transportation research engineer for KTC and managed KTC's research program in the area of intelligent transportation systems.

The board of directors of Windstream Corp. has appointed Dennis Foster as chairman. Foster has served as lead director of Windstream since July 2006. He serves as chairman of the governance committee and is a member of the compensation committee. He is a principal of Foster Thoroughbred Investments in Lexington, Ky., and he formerly served as vice-chairman of the board of directors of Alltel Corp.
