Lori Barnes-Haley has been named account executive for Signs Now's Lexington graphics center at 365 Southland Drive. In her new position, Barnes-Haley will be responsible for new account development and the introduction of new products to existing clients for the Lexington area franchise.

Dana B. Cox has been named executive director of the Kentucky Historical Society (KHS) Foundation. Cox most recently served as the director of alumni relations at the University of Kentucky (UK) Gatton College of Business and Economics. She will assume her post at KHS on April 5.
Leslie Beatty, local actress and business owner, has been named as programming coordinator for a new LexArts initiative to reinvigorate the Downtown Arts Center (DAC), developing it as a robust and active arts center for the creation, production and presentation of innovative, high-quality arts experiences.
Messer Construction Company has announced multiple executive changes. Thomas M. Keckeis has been appointed as board chair, president and chief executive officer. E. Paul Hitter, Jr. has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer, following the retirement of Kathleen C. Daly from that position. Peter S. Strange will remain as board chair of the holding company, Messer, Inc. The following three executives have been named by the board as senior vice presidents: Mark Gillming, Mark Luegering, and Tim Steigerwald. Dave Miller, Steve Bestard, and Rick Hensley have been named as corporate vice presidents.
Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor Travis Musgrave of Lexington has been recognized as one of the top advisors in Kentucky by Barron's on the "America's Top 1,000 Advisors: State-by-State" list, published in the February 22 edition of Barron's magazine. Musgrave is ranked sixth among the state's top ten advisors. Also among the Barron's Top Ten for Kentucky is Terri Carson of Wells Fargo Advisors' Lexington office.
First Federal Bank has announced the following promotions: Perry Dunn has been promoted to chief lending officer; Judith Bell has been named assistant vice president and loan service manager; and Clark Elliot has been promoted to branch manager/business development officer.
Roy Mundy has been hired by Midway College as its new vice president of development. A former trustee and full-time business faculty member for the past 2 years, Mundy was previously appointed by Governor Ernie Fletcher as commissioner of the Department of Vehicle Regulation for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has also worked as a lead executive for the American Water System, serving as president and chairman of the Board of Directors for Kentucky-American Water Company.
