What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?
My favorite thing to do on a day off is to relax, catch up with my family and friends and normally I'll try to go for a nice drive as well.
What is your favorite comfort food?
My favorite comfort food, I would have to say is pasta. I love a spaghetti or a white wine sauce with vegetables on linguine.
What is a favorite childhood memory?
A favorite childhood memory is catching shrimp with my brothers on the Caribbean coast of Honduras.
What is your favorite season in Kentucky and why?
Spring time when everything is coming back to life. And I'm crazy about basketball, so March is a great month... Lately ;)
What was your first job?
Working for my grandma. She kept us all busy and she always needed help in the kitchen so yes, working for grandma.
What is the best piece of advice you ever got?
“Love what you do, do what you love.”
