Republic Bank has announced 28 nominees for its seventh annual We CARE Awards in Central Kentucky.
“The We CARE Awards are meant to recognize and publicly congratulate companies who stress the four elements contained in the CARE name itself – Community Activity Recognition Enterprise,” a release from the bank states. “Companies will be judged on how they encourage their employees to become involved in volunteer activities either during or after work hours. Examples include tutoring, mentoring, coaching and many other types of volunteer activities.”

The winners of the 2012 Republic Bank We CARE Awards will be announced on Thursday, August 30th at the Awards Dinner to be held at The Hilary J. Boone Center in Lexington.
