What makes a perfect evening for you?
These days, the perfect evening is a sunset, gorgeous patio, a delectable cheese board, flourless chocolate tort, a fine bottle of wine, and my number one by my side (my husband Joey). More perfect might be all that, by the pool.
What was your very first job?
My very first job was working for my parents at a used CD/Music store. Can someone shoot me, please.
Where is the location of your dream vacation?
Traveling by convertible and eating my way through Spain, Italy, or the South of France.
What is one of the most memorable gifts you have ever received?
My father is a watch guy, and recently for my last “big” birthday he gave me a watch that truly took my breath away. I had wanted one for years, but never would spend the money. It was a very special gift from a very special man in my life.
If you weren’t in the profession you are currently in, what other career might you have liked to pursue?
I have always been told I would have made a great lawyer. But I really can't see myself doing anything not related to food.
What food can you not live without?
Popcorn! It is my guilty pleasure. I know for a chef that might sound surprising, but then again, you haven't tried my popcorn.
