The Alice Neeley Memorial Award was established to recognize outstanding associates who are dedicated to the practice of law, relate well to clients, have a positive attitude even in adverse situations, and make a genuine effort to personally know others in the firm. The Award has been presented annually over the past nine years to the most outstanding associate as voted by their peers.
Millar focuses his practice on the representation of both public and private employers in issues related to the workplace.
Millar has experience with defending cases and administrative complaints involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour issues, and other state and federal employment statutes and regulations. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
