Lexington, Ky - Business Lexington and contributing writer Janet Holloway will host a happy hour benefit for the Carnegie Center Cycle of Literacy Campaign on Wednesday, April 17 at Smiley Pete Publishing headquarters, 434 Old Vine Street in Lexington. The event features the Patrick McNeese Band (full disclosure: BizLex editor Tom Martin is a member). The Athenian Grill Food Truck will be on site with 15 percent of food sales going to the Carnegie Center. The $10 admission includes one drink ticket. All proceeds are to benefit the Carnegie Center, home of Neil Chethik, author of Business Lexington’s popular Grammar Gourmet.
