Lexington, KY –Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors (LBAR) has launched a mobile app, LBAR Homes, to allow house hunters and industry professionals to view all homes for sale or rent in the Bluegrass.
"Close to half of all Internet usage now originates from a mobile device. It is imperative, not just for an Association, but to any company’s success to have a public facing mobile presence,” LBAR President Linda Wiley stated in a release.
The app allows users to search for properties in close proximity to their location via GPS as well as standard search options such as address, city, or zip code, price, square footage, estimated mortgage, taxes, features, maps, pictures and more.
The Advanced Search feature on the app allows users to select a price range, property type and the number of beds and baths to help them find just what they’re looking for. It also allows users to directly contact a property’s listing agent from the app.
The app is available in the iTunes store for use on iPhone and iPads as well as for Android powered phones.
