The 2013 One World Film Festival will consist of 10 films. Five in the newly renovated theater in the Lexington Public Library on Sunday afternoons, starting Sunday, Feb. l0, and five in the Kentucky Theater on Thursday nights, starting Thursday, Feb. 14.
