Lexington, KY – New renderings of the proposed CentrePointe project show plans for a block full of separate buildings developer Dudley Webb hopes to start constructing this fall.
The designs by Lexington’s EOP Architects will be presented on Wednesday, August 21, at the Courthouse Area Design Review Board meeting.
“We’re set for next Wednesday for the hearing,” Webb said in a phone interview. “I don’t anticipate any problems.”

Webb said the brand and type of hotel that will be built along Vine Street will be announced in coming weeks.
