Shot in 2014 in Kentucky and southern Indiana, “Almost Home” tells the story of Rachel and her grandfather Doyle, who go off on an adventure and get lost while walking to the grocery store to find her mother Valerie. As friends, neighbors and the police search, Valerie prays for their return before dark. Lost in the countryside, Rachel and Doyle try to find their way home.
The faith-based feature film “Almost Home” has been awarded the Faith Friendly For All Ages seal of approval from the Dove Foundation.
