This intimate, all-inclusive, Frequency and Vibration Wellness retreat takes place at Hidden Ridge on beautiful Lake Cumberland, Saturday, 10/23 and Sunday,10/24.
Shift your frequency, raise your vibration, and discover your true self!
Your vibration describes your overall state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Even things that look solid are made up of vibrational energy, including you. From a scientific and metaphysical perspective, we are made up of different energy levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each of these levels has a vibrational frequency, which combine to create your overall vibration of being.
During this retreat, we will use meditation, laughter, music, movement, and our voices to create frequencies and vibrations to help us rejuvenate, restore, and reclaim what we have lost.

She became a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, recognized by International Association of Yoga Therapists. In 2015, she was led to visit India and in the traditional ashram setting in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, she studied Sanskrit, Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound), Bhakti (Yoga of Devotion), advanced subjects of mantra, and tanpura - the traditional Indian string instrument. She became certified in the Heart of Sound -the world's first 200 hour yoga teacher training based entirely on the transformational power of sound. She is also one of the core faculty at the Essence of Yoga Center and teaches 200 and 300 hour trainings.
