LAL Fourth Friday: Here and Now
Continuing the Lexington Art League’s celebration of the exhibit Here and Now: Selections from the Artist Archive is a Fourth Friday event featuring art, live music, refreshments and more. The event will feature a photo booth inspired by David Wischer’s artwork, The Ultimate Family: a colorful, humorous, and fun depiction of a family drawing parallel insight on the reality of our society. The Ultimate Family effortlessly inspired the idea to make Fourth Friday a costume-friendly event, and the event will feature a Halloween Costume Contest with the winner going home with a piece of artwork from the CSA shop (a $50 value)!
Guests will enjoy live music from Will Solomon, delicious hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar from Bella Notte, and a live streaming photo booth provided by Addison Mills of FiveStar Imagery. Costumes for the photo booth with be provided by AthensWest Theatre Company and Sayre School. Admission is free for members and $5 for non-members.
