The Bourbon Chase
A 200-mile relay across the Bluegrass State consisting of 300 teams, the Bourbon Chase celebrates the best of Kentucky, through our historic bourbon distilleries, horse country, and into enchanting small towns.
The race begins at 7 a.m. Friday morning at Jim Beam Distillery’s American Outpost located in Clermont, KY; teams will take off every 15 minutes until the last teams take off early in the evening. Each team member will run 3 of 36 legs.
The race ends on Saturday at Lexington’s Triangle Park, where a celebration of Kentucky – with live music and local food and drink – of course including complimentary samples of world famous bourbon – will await runners at the the final finish line.
