Lexington Film League presents a one-time only dramatic reading of Kentucky state poet laureate George Ella Lyon’s powerful first novel, With a Hammer For My Heart, which has now been adapted for the screen by Don Simandl and Joe Gatton.
The script will be performed by Adam Luckey, Sherry Jackson, Roger Leasor, Walter Tunis, Sherman Fracher, David Hurt, Tara Bellando, Martha Campbell, and Kelsey Waltermire with special guest, Kentucky Poet Laureate, George Ella Lyon.
