Since being restored to its former glory back in 2010, The Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center is now a popular music venue and art exhibit space. The space is dedicated to honoring its past while maintaining a strong vision for the further development of both the East End and the greater Lexington and Bluegrass community. They aim to promote and celebrate diverse cultures, with an emphasis on African American cultural heritage, through educational programming, outreach, film, and opportunities for community inclusion.
